1. WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME?

The check-in time is 15:00 & Check-out time is 11:00.

2. IS THERE A FEE FOR THE SPA AND GYM AREA?

There is an entrance fee for the spa. Spa entrance guarantees access to the Sauna, Hammam, Indoor pool (multifunctional, heated), Jacuzzi and Solarium. The gym is free of use. Thalasso Spa entrance allowed only to guests above 14 years of age. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

3. WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE SPA AND GYM AREA?

Opening hours for the spa are 10.00 to 18.00 and for the gym area are 6.00 to 20.00

4. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BED & BREAKFAST, HALF BOARD AND FULL BOARD?

All reservations include breakfast. Half Board option also includes dinner. Full Board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are excluded in all meal options.

5. I AM HALF BOARD/ FULL BOARD; WHERE ARE THE MEALS SERVED?

All meals are served in the main restaurant. Long trousers dress code applies for the restaurant during dinner.

6. DO YOU SERVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS?

Our meals and buffet are vast with vegetarian and kosher corners. However guests with special requests (such as gluten free, dairy free) are welcomed to inform our personnel and chefs.

7. IS THE HOTEL ACCESSIBLE?

The hotel and its grounds are accessible. The rooms and bathrooms however not designated for people with mobility impairments.

8. WHAT ARE THE TRANSFERS FROM AND TO THE HOTEL?

There is a bus stop in the hotel. Two daily routes during summer will take you to Rhodes and Lindos. Bus schedule information is provided by reception. A taxi can be called for you via reception.

9. WHERE CAN I RENT A CAR? IS THERE A PARKING IN THE HOTEL?

A car rental service is available in the hotel. Our partner Marathon offers our guests great prices and range of cars. There is free parking in the hotel.

10. IS THERE AN INTERNET CORNER IN THE HOTEL?

The hotel’s WiFi is free throughout the hotel and all rooms. For any other assistance you may speak to the Guest Relations department.

11. IS THERE A MINI MARKET/ GIFT SHOP IN THE HOTEL?

There is a mini market in hotel where you may find everything you need, from bottled water to diapers, souvenirs and pool rafts.

12. CAN I BUY INTERNATIONAL NEWSPAPERS?

Yes you may, next day papers are available in the mini market.

13. DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN TOWELS FOR THE POOL AND BEACH?

Towels for the room, the pool and the beach are provided by the hotel and are free of charge.

14. HOW IS THE BEACH IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL?

The Blue Flag beach in front of the Atrium Prestige is sandy. Stroll through our wonderful gardens and facilities, to be greeted by a peaceful beach. Drinking service is available from our beach bar.

15. CAN I RENT AN IRON FROM THE HOTEL? IS THERE A DRY CLEANING SERVICE IN THE HOTEL?

Due to safety reasons irons are not provided. There is an ironing and dry cleaning service, with a small fee.

16. IS THERE A MINI CLUB AND BABYSITTING SERVICE FOR THE CHILDREN?

Yes, a dedicated animation team provides entertainment to the younger ones with indoor/outdoor activities and mini disco 6 times per week. Babysitting service is available on request, with an extra cost.

17. ARE THERE SMOKING ROOMS IN THE HOTEL?

All rooms and indoor areas of the Atrium Prestige Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas are non smoking.

18. ARE THE PRIVATE POOLS IN THE ROOMS HEATED?

Yes, all private pools are heated up to 23 ℃ (may reach 25℃ on hot summer days).

19. WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED? ARE DEBIT CARDS ALSO ACCEPTED?

Credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Debit cards are also accepted.

20. CAN I CHARGE ANY INCREMENTAL TO MY ROOM AND PAY AT THE END?

Yes, you may charge your room for any extra costs during your stay and pay at the end of your stay.

21. IS THERE A DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE? IS THE ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE ALL DAY?

There is a daily housekeeping service and a turndown service in the evening. The room service is available 24hours.
